Task

Revamp and refine the UI/UX of Coach, the Learning Management System used by +1000 Masters’ Union students, to enhance usability, accessibility, and functionality, with a focus on homepage optimization, navigation, feature accessibility, and copywriting clarity. This effort was a part of a UX Challenge hosted by Masters' Union.

Design Execution

Conducted competitor analysis to identify features that Coach could benefit from
Conducted user interviews with students of Masters' Union to understand their key pain points and suggestions for a new design
Brainstormed features and current design revision based on inputs from primary and secondary research
Designed clean and minimal wireframes and tested with few users
Made improvements based on user feedback
